Dynamisch duo

'You Don't Know' zat vroeg in de set.

While doing some research about Stephen Kellogg in Belgium I discovered a Belgian singer Milow became friends with him

Please put the youtube link also on the setlist page https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/stephen-kellogg-and-the-sixers/2010/carnival-inspiration-tampa-fl-7b9732c0.html#sfmsrsg33dd50e5
Apologies, I must have somehow missed your message ahout the YouTube source link last year. I came here earlier today when I got a notification for an earlier message and saw yours and couldn't remember the exchange and assumed we'd resolved it.
Here is the show on YouTube.

Myself, I also back up a lot of websites on web.archive so using these is also helpfull because they remain there and can be verified also in the future.
Thanks for getting in on the discussion.

BTW On Aug 21 last year I asked you to provide the youtube link for this setlist https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/stephen-kellogg-and-the-sixers/2010/carnival-inspiration-tampa-fl-7b9732c0.html#sfmsrsg33dd50e5 where you provided some general information.
Once again I ask you to put a source which is
****as transparent and clear as possible. ****
Maybe as a fan of Stephen Kellogg you would like other fans to discover his music which would be easier if you provided the youtube link on which you based your edit.

Hi. How is Stephen Kellogg providing you the setlists from his shows? A picture? Any images shared of the setlists could be uploaded to Flickr (a free photo sharing website) and a link to the photo can be pasted in the setlist source box.

Hi there,
I noticed you wrote some general info on this setlist to bypass the mandatory edit comment feature.

I want to run this by the other Moderators and Admin before making all those changes as it's a pretty big change from how these songs are supposed to be listed, and will break all the statistics between these songs. While it will make the setlists a bit neater, it goes against how they want the database to work, so i'm honestly not sure they will go for it.

Generally the songs should show up as a "song" and not a "cover" but this only works when a band is connected to the solo artist on Musicbrainz. This appears to be the case looking at the setlists on most SK solo and Sixers shows. An unfortunate limitation to this is that it it doesn't work with multiple degrees of separation, so if Stephen Kellogg & Tyrone Wells play a SK song it will show up as a "song" but if they play a Sixers song it will show up as a "cover". It only works band to solo artist, but not band to band. I don't know anything about creating aliases on Musicbrainz and don't know if that would change anything here or not. My guess is probably not, if only because i've never heard anyone mention that as a way around this issue. Preferably the songs would still be connected to the band songs to maintain the statistics to the song correctly even if it means they show up as "covers", no matter how wrong that looks. But as you're the one really maintaining the shows, i would defer to you as to if you want them connected.

I'm out of town the next few days but will take a look at it after I get home. Easier to do that kind of change when I'm not only on my phone.

Not a problem. I'll take a look at them and correct them as well!

Thank you for this. I'll keep that in mind going forward.

Hi! "The Brain Is a Beautiful Thing" should be written with "Is" instead of "is" because "Is" is a verb, not an article or preposition. Thanks!
