I get your point about "Don't Do It" but you can take it up with the moderators of setlist.fm; at one point - one of them corrected the setlist to indicate the proper credit to Marvin Gaye. https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/goose/2016/unknown-venue-easton-ct-339848c9.html This was the first time Goose played the song as far as has been listed on setlist.fm.
The Band (even if you consider their version of "Baby Don't You Do It" is 'theirs') - the credit of the actual song still belongs to Holland-Dozier-Holland and per setlist.fm guidelines the first released recording of the song is the credited artist. Not my rules. https://musicbrainz.org/recording/dde009b3-a5fb-41a9-9bc8-29576b237510

Also, here's a setlist of The Band from 1974. In the "Edits & Comments" you'll see Executive Chimp - one of the moderators fixed the listing of the song to reflect it as a Marvin Gaye cover. https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/the-band/1974/nassau-veterans-memorial-coliseum-uniondale-ny-43f4cb7b.html
