Heavy metal group Lamb of God are on the road supporting Slayer for their last ever tour. Fronted by Randy Blythe, the five-time Grammy nominees are making a name for themselves following the May 2018 release of Legion: XX, a cover album under their original name, Burn the Priest.
The farewell trek kicked off back in May and is expected to run through 2019. LoG has been opening for the thrash gods with a 10-song set, with songs like "Ruin," "Now You've Got Something To Die For" and "Laid to Rest" sandwiched between their most popular songs "Omerta" and "Redneck."
They may just be openers, but Lamb of God sets are obviously in the realm of headliners. Let's take a look at some of the highlights from the tour so far.
SSE Arena, London (November 3)
The band played their usual hour and a half set, threatening to bring the ceiling down with the noise.
They also spearheaded this massive circle pit during "Redneck" that you have to see to believe.
Metro Radio Arena, Newcastle (November 10)
Here are some clips of the metal heavyweights playing "Omerta" and "Laid to Rest" at their gig in Newcastle.
Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff (November 5)
The band played a particularly ferocious show at the Motorpoint Arena.
Check out "Walk With Me in Hell" and "512" from the show.
The band still has a handful of dates left with Slayer, but visit their website for any upcoming tour or ticket info.
