Photos + Setlist Highlights: Austin City Limits 2019 Weekend One
The first weekend of Austin City Limits 2019 is in the books!
The annual music festival completed the first of its two weekends (its subsequent dates are October 11-13) at Zilker Park in Austin, Texas.
The stacked lineup included legendary acts like Guns N' Roses, The Cure and The Raconteurs as well as fresh faces Billie Eilish, Finneas and Rosalía.

GNR started the weekend off strong with a killer 20-song set with a two-song encore.
They kicked things off with "It's So Easy," "Mr. Brownstone" and "Chinese Democracy" before getting into a slew of covers like the Wings' "Live and Let Die," Velvet Revolver's "Slither" and Bob Dylan's "Knockin' on Heaven's Door."
They closed out their main set with "Night Train" before coming back for an encore of "Don't Cry" and "Paradise City."

Kevin Parker and his touring crew took the Honda stage by storm. They opened their 14-song set with crowd favorite, "Let It Happen," and played other Currents tracks "Nangs," "Eventually," "The Moment" and "The Less I Know the Better."
The band also highlighted Lonerism songs "Apocalypse Dreams," "Elephant" and "Mind Mischief."
Tame Impala blessed the audience with hypnotic new tunes "Borderline" and "Patience" before closing out the set with "Feels Like We Only Go Backwards" and "New Person, Same Old Mistakes."
The Raconteurs delivered a Help Us Stranger-heavy set on Friday, highlighting songs "Bored and Razed," "Don't Bother Me," "Now That You're Gone," "Only Child," "Somedays (I Don't Feel Like Trying)" and "Sunday Driver."
Other songs included "Blue Veins," "Level" and "Old Enough." The Raconteurs are on the road in support of their new album... check out their full list of tour dates here!
Saturday, wait – we were still very much in love with the mighty Cure, even though it wasn't a Friday!
The band ripped through a 24-song set on the Honda stage day 2. They opened their performance with "Plainsong" and "Pictures of You" and included fan-favorites like "Lovesong," "Just Like Heaven" and "A Forest" in their main set.
Their seven-song encore consisted of greatest hits spanning their entire career: "Lullaby," "The Caterpillar," "The Walk," "Friday I'm in Love," "Close to Me," "Why Can't I Be You?" and "Boys Don't Cry."
All the good girls go to hell, and all the bad girls headline ACL day 2!
Billie Eilish enchanted the audience at Zilker Park with a 14-song set, performing don't smile at me songs "COPYCAT," "bellyache," "idontwannabeyouanymore" and "ocean eyes"
.... all with a full BOOT on her leg! Queen.
She also performed a number of songs off her new album, WHEN WE FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?, like "all the good girls go to hell," "bad guy," "bury a friend" and "wish you were gay."
They played a fierce, nine-song set – performing songs off their newest album, 2018's Art of Doubt, like "Dark Saturday," "Dressed to Suppress" and "Now or Never Now."
They also played Fantasies tracks "Gimme Sympathy," "Gold Guns Girls" and "Help I'm Alive" as well as one-offs from Pagans in Vegas ("Cascades") and Synthetica ("Breathing Underwater").

Mumford & Sons took the American Express stage with a Delta-heavy 20-song set.
They opened their set with "Guiding Light," and played other new songs "Beloved," "Darkness Visible," "Delta," "Forever," "Picture You," "Rose of Sharon" and "Slip Away."
Also included in their set: favorites "The Cave," "Believe," "Little Lion Man," "I Will Wait" and "Awake My Soul."
We were feeling ourselves when Lizzo lit up the Miller Lite stage.
She performed Coconut Oil songs "Scuse Me" and "Worship" as well as Cuz I Love You tracks "Boys," "Cuz I Love You," "Exactly How I feel," "Jerome," "Soulmate" and "Water Me."
And of course, she had to close out with the hits: "Good as Hell," "Truth Hurts" and "Juice!"
We weren't the only ones hanging on Lizzo's every word – look at this MASSIVE crowd she drew in! That energy!

Rosalía is one of the hottest up-and-coming acts this year. Fresh off two MTV Music Video Awards for Best Latin and Best Choreography for her J Balvin duet "Con altura," the Flamenco singer dominated the Honda stage with an 18-song set.
She paid homage to her collaborators with covers of James Blake's "Barefoot in the Park" and J Balvin's "Brillo," and performed a decent amount of songs off last year's EL MAL QUERER like "A NINGÚN HOMBRE," "BAGDAD," "DE AQUÍ NO SALES," "DI MI NOMBRE," "MALDICIÓN," "PIENSO EN TU MIRÁ" and "QUE NO SALGA LA LUNA."
She closed out her set with the beloved "Con altura," "AUTE CUTURE" and "MALAMENTE."
