The Chainsmokers are touring North America in support of their upcoming third studio album, World War Joy.
The Alex Pall and Drew Taggart duo kicked off their trek September 25 in Cincinnati, and plan to wrap things up December 6 in Vancouver, making stops in Boston, Toronto, Miami, Los Angeles and more in between.
The new album will supposedly feature 10 tracks, including the five previously released singles, "Who Do You Love," "Kills You Slowly," "Do You Mean," "Call You Mine" and "Takeaway," as well as guests Bebe Rexha, Illenium, Lennon Stella, Ty Dolla $ign, 5 Seconds of Summer and more! They haven't released a date yet.
On tour, The Chainsmokers have been treating fans to a 15-song set, kicking things of with "Takeaway" and playing hits like "Closer," "Something Just Like This" and "Paris."

"Takeaway"
This song was the fifth single off The Chainsmokers' World War Joy and Illenium's Ascend, featuring Canadian singer Lennon Stella.
The duo accidentally revealed the name of the project in an Instagram story before its initial release,
The music video for "Takeaway" was recorded at the Vessel, a Thomas Heatherwick installation built in New York City a few months prior.
"It was super bad ass to have the Vessel serve as our set location, which is such an impressive structure to see in person. Definitely go check it out if you’re in NYC," The Chainsmokers said.
"Sick Boy"
"Sick Boy" was the lead single of the duo's 2018 sophomore album of the same name. The song's press release called it "a song about self-identity in today’s world and standing tall in the face of what you can and can’t control."
The song was co-written by Emily Warren (Dua Lipa, Khalid, Sigrid, Shawn Mendes).
"Something Just Like This"
This song has become one of The Chainsmokers' signature tracks since its 2017 release, and is arguably one of their most well-known to date.
It was the second single from their debut, Memories ... Do Not Open, and served as the lead single from Coldplay's EP Kaleidoscope. The song was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance at the 60th Grammy Awards.
They debuted "Something Just Like This" at the Brit Awards at the O2 in London with Coldplay in February 2017.

"Closer"
Ah, the ultimate frat party anthem!
This song became both The Chainsmokers' and Halsey's first No. 1 single on the Billboard Hot 100, staying there for 12 consecutive weeks.
Taggart and Canadian DJ Shaun Frank supposedly wrote the lyrics in one session, after feeling inspired by listening to Blink-182's "I Miss You" on repeat. Before Halsey joined, the song was originally supposed to feature Camila Cabello.
This song is partially credited to Halsey's breakthrough success, following her 2015 debut Badlands.
