Check Out Setlist Highlights for Slipknot Knotfest Roadshow Tour

Slipknot continue to tour around North America in support of their latest album We Are Not Your Kind on their Knotfest Roadshow Tour! The tour is bandwagon of heavy weight rockers, featuring Behemoth, Gojira and Volbeat.

Slipknot are currently making their rounds on the East Coast, equipped with crazy production that boasts pyros and brand new masks. They also have a new percussionist, known for now as Tortilla Man. He took the nickname to a whole new level during their show in Allentown, Pennsylvania by wearing an ACTUAL TORTILLA on his face and flinging tortillas into the crowd! So yeah, you can say it's been quite the tour.

In the realm of setlists, Slipknot have been pulling from all six of their albums! That way, Maggots can squirm with excitement at each show, knowing they'll get to hear a little something from... everything!

As far as new songs go, they actually only play three off the latest album - "All Out Life," "Unsainted," and "Solway Firth," the latter which got its live debut on August 11th during their stop in Tinley Park, Illinois.

Their setlist is heavy with cuts off their seminal 1999 debut self-titled with songs like "(sic)," "Get This" "Spit it Out," "Prosthetics" and "Surfacing" being among the most performed tracks on the tour. They recently tour debuted "Wait and Bleed" on August 23rd in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, and have performed at every show since (a total of three times).

No covers or special guests have joined the Knot on stage as of yet. But seeing that the line up is STACKED, and there are still several North American dates left, you never know what you might get.

In other exciting Slipknot news, it was just announced that the band will be releasing an album of All Hope is Gone outtakes titled Look Outside Your Window. The album is apparently different than what Maggots are used it, with Corey Taylor saying it's got "Radiohead" vibes.

“There’s something about those songs,” he said. “They’re very solemn, very energetic, very artistic. For people who are used to a certain way of Slipknot sounding, this doesn’t sound anything like that. It’s much more of a rock vibe. Honestly, it’s much more of a Radiohead vibe, to be honest.”

Taylor is also preparing to release a solo record in 2021, that will sound neither like Slipknot NOR Stone Sour!

In the meantime, Slipknot will hop on Slayer's Farewell Tour in Australia next month - a double whammy of a line up! See all the dates below.
