Trivium Live Debut 7 Songs During 18-Song Livestream Set

Trivium is leading the way for the livestream evolution. The heavy metal band took the livestreaming game to a whole new level on July 10th as they premiered "A Light or A Distant Mirror" concert event.

The gig took place at Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida and cost $9 to streamers across the world - over 10,000 tickets were purchased. The stream showed off high quality visual production with video screens that backed the band. UK metal band Sylosis opened the night. Their set took place in an empty venue but was pre-recorded.

Trivium's set featured 18 songs and lasted a whole hour and 45 minutes. They opened up the show with a live debut of "IX" off their new album What the Dead Men Say, it was the first of 7 live debuts that night. Throughout the set they premiered "What the Dead Men Say," "Catastrophist," "The Defiant," "Amongst the Shadows & the Stones," "Sickness Unto You," and "Bleed Into Me."

They also worked older hits into the setlist like "Down From the Sky," "Forsake Not the Dream," and "Strife." They ended the show with "In Waves," the band's third most performed song to date.
