Ringo Starr celebrated his 80th birthday with a bash as big as one can have during a pandemic with the Ringo Starr's Big Birthday Show! Livestream. The hour-long charity broadcast included a star-studded lineup of performances and special guests wishing The Beatles legend a very happy birthday. The event benefitted Black Lives Matter, The David Lynch Foundation, MusiCares & WaterAid through Ringo Starr and Barbara Starkey's The Lotus Foundation, supporting, participating in and promoting charitable projects aimed at advancing social welfare in diverse areas.

The 80th celebration featured performances by fellow Beatle Paul McCartney, Sheryl Crow, Gary Clark Jr., Sheila E., Dave Grohl and more. In the spirit of giving, Ringo Starr gave back during his own birthday celebration with the debut of the music video for "Give More Love" which was featured during the livestream.

Taking a dive into the setlist for the special event, the show opened with a broadcast of a previously recorded performance of Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band performing "It Don't Come Easy." The setlist is made up of performances that were filmed both in pre-quarantine and during quarantine, Gary Clark Jr.'s rendition of "Come Together" was lifted from what appears to be a Lollapalooza set. Meanwhile, Shelia E., Starr and crew perform their version of "Come Together" from the comfort of their homes. Throw in Sheryl Crow's super impressive version of "All You Need Is Love" and Ringo and McCartney doing "Helter Skelter" last summer at Dodger Stadium, and you've got a solid hour-long show to view from the couch.
