Dropkick Murphys Play 28-Song Livestream Set at Empty Fenway Park

Last night Dropkick Murphys took the livestreaming game to a whole new level as they performed on the infield at an empty Fenway Park in their hometown of Boston.

"Streaming Outta Fenway" benefitted THREE charities: Habitat For Humanity, Feeding America, and The Boston Resiliency Fund. The full electric performance carried a whopping 28-song setlist and a very special guest appearance by Bruce Springsteen, remotely of course!

He dialed-in from his home studio in Colts Neck, New Jersey toward the end of the set where the band could see Bruce from a Jumbotron. He performed "Rose Tattoo" with DM and then they did a Boss original - "American Land."

The "fan-less" concert actually had more than 125,000 fans watching on DM's YouTube, Facebook and Twitter pages. The career-sprawling set opened with "The Boys Are Back" and they pumped up everyone's Friday night with performances of fan favorites like "The State of Massachusetts," "Smash Shit Up," "Rebels with a Cause," "The Warrior's Code," and set enders "I'm Shipping Up to Boston" and "Until the Next Time.

They also did a handful of covers like "The Bonny" by Gerry Cinnamon," "You Can't Put Your Arms Around a Memory" by Johnny Thunders, and John Newton's "Amazing Grace."

Deep cuts throughout the set included "Tessie" and "4-15-13." They also worked in their newest tracks "Mick Jones Nicked My Pudding" and "Queen of Suffolk County," which they live debuted during their St. Patrick's Day livestream set.
