Fountains of Wayne was co-founded by Schlesinger and member Chris Collingwood. The band earned two Grammy nominations in 2003 for Best New Artist and Best Pop Performance By a Group.

The final show Fountains of Wayne performed with Adam Schlesinger was on October 19, 2013, in Minneapolis, Minnesota at First Avenue. This show was with Soul Asylum and Evan Dando.

There is no setlist posted for this exact show, but we have most of the setlist data from that final tour. Let’s all remember the great work of Schlesinger during his final few performances with FOW.

During the year of 2013, FOW performed a 20-show tour. Their top five most played songs were “A Dip In The Ocean,” “Hey Julie,” “Radiation Vibe,” “Someone to Love” and arguably one of the bands most well-known songs, “Stacey’s Mom” all being performed 13 times.

The average setlist was 19-songs including a 4-song encore.

FOW opened their shows with either “I’ve Got a Flair,” “Little Red Light” or “Bought for a Song.”

The band typically closed their shows with classics such as “Radiation Vibe,” “Survival Car” and “Sink to the Bottom.”

FOW even took on a few covers from artists such as Stephen Bishop, Mike Viola, and The Lemonheads.
