Paul McCartney Wraps South American Leg Of Tour

Paul McCartney wrapped the South American leg of his Freshen Up Tour and it was full of hits! The icon's live experience incorporates everything a fan would ever want from his show, including a nearly 3 hour setlist comprised of over 50 years of music, such as songs from McCartney's solo career, and of course, The Beatles.

Over the years, the former Beatle and his band have played an enormous range of venues and locations all over the world. Some of the most well known includes the Coliseum in Rome; Moscow’s Red Square; Buckingham Palace; The White House; a free show in Mexico for more than 400,000 people; the last show ever at San Francisco’s Candlestick Park where The Beatles played their final concert in 1966, and a live performance that was broadcast into space. McCartney and his team are also constantly updating the live experience for fans, utilizing state-of-the-art audio and video technology to help ensure fans leave having an unforgettable experience.

So how did the final night in South America go for the music legend? Pretty amazing!

On March 30, McCartney finished his trek at the Estádio Couto Pereira in Curitiba, Cuba. The show consisted of almost 40 tracks, full of hits from his days as a Beatle, working on his band Wings as well as solo work. Utilizing color lights and his impressive musicianship, McCartney didn't need much to have the crowd pulsating at his feet. With songs like "A Hard Day's Night," "Junior's Farm," "Who Cares," "Love Me Do" and "Eleanor Rigby," there's little room for failure.
