Mr. Bungle Reunited For First Show in 20 Years w/ 19 Songs!

Yes, you read that right, Mr. Bungle has finally reunited after 20 years! Last night (February 5) the experimental rock band kicked off their “The Raging Wrath of the Easter Bunny 2020” tour at The Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles, California.

After playing their final show in 2000, Mike Patton, Trey Spruance, and Trevor Dunn are back and better than ever! And joining them are Anthrax’s Scott Ian and former Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo.

Playing a jam-packed 19-song set, the band rocked the Fonda Theatre. They performed some of their hits including “Spreading the Thighs of Death,” “Anarchy Up Your Anus” and “Raping Your Mind.”

Mr. Bungle also busted out their unconventional renditions of covers including Fred Rogers “Won’t You Be My Neighbor,” Corrosion of Conformity’s “Loss for Words,” Cro-Mags “Malfunction,” Seals & Crofts “Summer Breeze,” Siege’s “Cold War,” Circle Jerks ‘World Up My Ass” and The Exploited’s “Fuck the USA.”

"Summer Breeze"

Patton opened with “Won’t You Be My Neighbor” and the band closed the set with “Sudden Death,” which included Faith No More’s “The Real Thing” intro. They closed the show with “Fuck the USA.”

Other highlights included live debut's of "new" songs they wrote during the Raging Wrath era, including "Meth" and "Eracist."
